Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at www.akinjurylawfirm.com, its subdomains, and any related landing pages (collectively, the “Site”), operated by AK Injury Law Firm (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “the Firm”). By accessing or using the Site, submitting a form, or opting in to receive communications from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

Using the Site, submitting a form, calling, emailing, or texting the Firm does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when you and the Firm have both signed a written agreement for legal representation. Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information until an attorney-client relationship has been established.

Not Legal Advice

The content on the Site, including articles, blog posts, and frequently asked questions, is provided for general informational purposes only and is not legal advice. Every case is different, and past results do not guarantee a similar outcome. You should consult a licensed attorney about your specific situation. This Site may be considered attorney advertising.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Program description. AK Injury Law Firm may send text messages to people who have contacted the Firm and agreed to receive them. Messages may include information and updates about your case; follow-ups about your inquiry to sign up with the Firm or questions from a consultation; requests for additional information related to your matter; and, in the future, requests for reviews or feedback about your experience with the Firm.

How you opt in. You may consent to receive text messages by providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to be contacted through a form on our website, on our landing pages or subdomains, or through lead forms on third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when you respond to one of our advertisements. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of hiring the Firm or receiving any service.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and the status of your matter.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Please check your mobile plan for details.

Opting out. You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.

Help. For help, reply HELP to any message, email us at azadeh@akinjurylawfirm.com, or call 877-470-4878.

Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
