DO YOU HAVE A VALID PERSONAL INJURY CLAIM?
A Few Quick Questions
The information below may help you determine if you have a valid personal injury claim resulting from a car, truck or motorcycle accident. You’ll want to answer the following three questions and then read on to learn more…
- Were you involved in an injury accident where a third party was at fault?
- Did you suffer an injury or injuries as a result of that accident?
- Do you have minimum liability limits for your vehicle in the amount of $15,000/$30,000? (This applies to auto or motorcycle accidents ONLY.)
If You Answered “No”
If you answered “No” to ANY of the above questions, you may not have a claim or may want to consider filing in small claims court. Small claims matters have a $10,000 limit if you are an individual and $5,000 if you are operating as a corporation, LLC or partnership. These matters are filed in court and handled without attorneys. Here we have provided a useful link, to Small Claims FAQs on the ca.gov website.
Please note, we do not handle cases involving only property damage or represent clients who were at fault in the accident.
